I was pleasantly surprised by the ironing facilities in the room, as I usually have to request this from reception. the wake-up call in the morning was a thoughtful touch, ensuring I didn't oversleep and miss my appointments. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities made me feel right at home and the free wi-fi in rooms was a huge bonus for staying connected during my trip. Overall, the attention to detail and convenience provided by the hotel exceeded my high expectations, making for a truly exceptional stay.
